We are a 21st century company with over 30 years of construction experience and pride ourself in highly effective and streamlined methodology for conducting business. We carry very little overhead and as a result pass on cost savings to our clients.

FLB Construction LLC, manages effectively the knowledge areas of Construction and Project management, which include scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, human resource management, communications management, risk management and procurement management.
